Ageing Well is an eight-week experiential workshop series given by Jaqueline Benndorf and Adrian Lumsden of ThinkingWellness.
You will learn tools that support you in the following areas:

What is a happier life? Stress reduction
Neuroplasticity Conflict resolution
Retirement Anxiety Laughter Wellness
Happiness habits & optimism Survival strategies & skills
Mindfulness & self-awareness Asking for help
The importance of gratitude Good decision making
The 100% Ask Looking forward
Saying No gracefully Building strengths for safety, satisfaction & connection

Each day consists of:

10.00–11.00 First session
11.00–11.30 Coffee and tea break
11.30–12.30 Second session
12.30–1.30 Working lunch

The workshop uses an experiential approach. You will have an opportunity to learn new tools and different approaches in a safe environment where nobody gets to be wrong. The exercises are designed to allow you to fully explore and experience the tools and to consolidate them into your repertoire.

The working lunch is an essential part of the workshop. We will spend 10-15 minutes settling down to have lunch and then use the shared time to consolidate the morning’s work and debrief.

The cost of the whole series is $295 and the number of participants is limited to 20.
